To the Steinbring team…. Thank you for the way you treat your customers. From the very first meeting after arriving from a flight from New York, I noticed things were very different than I envisioned. There was absolutely no pressure to finish the sales process. We were led to where the coach was and was “told take all the time you need to look it over”. After about an hour of looking over the coach we signed the purchase papers. We stayed at Steinbring three additional days to learn about the systems and how they work, and driving the coach, as we are motor coach newbies. Tim Wiltsey, our salesperson, was an absolute professional throughout the entire process. He was a straight up shooter from the very beginning. We could not have asked for anyone better. However, I met most if not all the sales and support people and they all have the same goal. Make the customer feel comfortable and confident and answered all questions truthfully. Tim even called me two week after we picked up the coach to see how we were doing. We came into the Steinbring dealership a customer and left feeling like family. I believe that’s all due to the mentorship from Jon Steinbring. Side joke, (Jon, how is your older brother doing, LOL). This company is really a family business. If you were not actually family you were treated like you were. And if that’s not enough you get to work with Randy Baker. Randy’s the company go to guy when you don’t know how or why something is not doing what you expect it to do. Randy also gives you his personal cell number to call with any questions. I did call on a holiday weekend and guess what Randy answered and solved my problem. Steinbring motor coach may not be the largest Newmar dealer in the US. But in my opinion they are the BEST Newmar dealer in the US.

Got our 2014 Dutch Star a few weeks ago. The wife and I wanted to go on a few little trips to see how everything works before my hip surgery the end of the month as we are planning on leaving in January for a few months of traveling. So on our first little trip, after 35 miles, the engine warning light comes on, check engine light goes on, dashboard is blowing up. So we stop of course on Interstate. I go out back and there’s radiator fluid on the pavement. Not happy. Its Sunday, Labor Day weekend at 1 pm, Warranty people aren’t any help, so the wife calls up our salesperson from the dealership. It’s Sunday remember. He asked me whats wrong and I said it looks like we lost a belt off the engine. I sent him a few pics of which belt it was. He told us he and a mechanic from the dealership will be there in an hour or so. We couldn’t believe it. Sure enough, after an hour or so, he shows up, with a mechanic and his wife! They put on a new belt, we add in some fluid and we are on our way. A little later but on our way. Can’t beleive the salesman…and he is 83 years old, would do this for us. Says a lot about the dealership. Steinbring out of Garfield, MN. Pretty cool.

Talk about customer service! Every one of the staff were absolutely on the top of their game and genuine – made us feel like family. They trusted our word as though it were a contract. We’ve never done business like this before but it was refreshing and low stress. The staff at Steinbring Motorcoach went above and beyond to accommodate our hectic schedule. Absolutely reassuring knowing there will be continued support. Can’t wait to begin our journey in our Newmar Dutch Star – we’ll tell everyone that we can about this top notch dealer!

Just a note to say Thank You and congratulations on your first class service we received. We have a 2014 Ventana (Newmar) all electric coach. On July 8th we work up to no electricity. I called Newmar customer service. I was determined the problem was a transfer (delay) switch. They called you about the emergency and you said to bring it in even though your shop was full. We arrived about noon and got right in. You even went a step further and let us use a car to get something for lunch. Thank you again for the great service!

Dear Jon, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your staff for the professionalism and hospitality you shared with Dani and I through the purchase of our 2008 Essex. I must admit that we were unsure about purchasing a pre-owned coach so far from home and doing it sight-un-seen with just photos as our guide. Lee was instrumental in reassuring us of the quality and condition of the coach and his knowledge of the product that you sell. After traveling 1200 miles to your facility, we were pleasantly surprised at how well we were treated through the purchase and orientation of the coach. The coach was even better than we expected. I just wanted to send you a note of appreciation. We have been working with Steinbring for about 4 years for service on both of our Newmar Motor Coach units as well a buying the last one thru Steinbring. I tell more and more people who are looking to buy a coach (for some it is their first one) that they really need to visit with the staff at Steinbring…they are upfront, honest, and treat you like a good friend. Typically when you buy an RV that is the last they want to see you. They aren’t interested in service and if they have a service department it is so small they can’t service what they sold. It never makes you want to go back. But NOT at Steinbring they have a great service department. I brag about the Steinbring sales team to everyone, because no matter where I see them – at the Garfield facility or at the Minneapolis RV Show, they recognize me by name. But, the area that I brag about the most is the service department. In the end it is the service department that sees me the most. It is also the reason that I will come back to Steinbring to buy my third and fourth Newmar Motor Coach. Last November we were in Massachusetts and our side motor went out and had to be replaced. On the way back to Minnesota, we realized that the flapper arms on the slide no longer deployed. To take it back for repair would mean a 3,000 mile trek..not going to happen, Instead on our way back from Fargo, we stopped in at Steinbring, found our favorite service person – who even greeted us by of first name. We told him what had happened at the other RV dealer, he looked in two areas and quickly determined that Massachusetts dealer hadn’t tightened the slide motor to the right torque. He made the fix in 7 minutes and we were on our way. This is why we have all of our motor coach maintenance done at Steinbring. The better you service is after the sale…the better your sales will increase!! Whatever you do in the future – make sure to increase your service department and keep hiring a bunch of great guys!! I am hooked on Steinbring, I tell everyone about Steinbring, and I count the staff as our friends. Because of you we had a great 2013 and some great trips in our 2006 Dutch Star!

Jon, As a new customer and first time owners of a motor coach, we would like to take the time to tell you how your dealership has stood out – up and above any others we looked into before purchasing our motor coach. I am retired from my own company that sold “service” to get ahead of my competition and know how important that is to sustain returning customers. Our experience, from the beginning with Lee and Judy and the shop employees to today where we depend on Randy to answer our almost daily questions, has been outstanding! If it were not for Randy, we probably would have found ourselves in some bad situations. Randy was even kind enough to answer his phone on Christmas Eve to help us out. It is this service that will keep us coming back to your dealership when we decided to upgrade, and it is this service that will keep us telling our family and friends to buy from Steinbring’s when the time is right. I should have left this review 3 years ago when I came from Florida to buy my RV here. From the start on the phone i got such a good vibe from the salesman. Man did I make the right decision. They were great!! The reason I’m writing the review now is because after I did the walkthrough with their RV guru Randy he gave me his number in case I needed anything. I called him very often in the beginning because I was new to RV-ing. He always was there to answer my call or text. Fast forward 3 years and we pull into an RV “Resort” that advertised 50 amp hookups. Sure enough they only had 30. I have never had this issue and the power management manual is above my pay grade. I shot Randy a text at 9 PM Minnesota time and no less than two minutes later he called me and walked me through everything I needed to do. Steinbring is truly a family business and once you leave their in your new coach, you are a part of their family. No matter where in the country you are do yourself a favor and look no further than Steinbring to make your purchase.
