As a new customer and first time owners of a motor coach, we would like to take the time to tell you how your dealership has stood out – up and above any others we looked into before purchasing our motor coach. I am retired from my own company that sold “service” to get ahead of my competition and know how important that is to sustain returning customers.
Our experience, from the beginning with Lee and Judy and the shop employees to today where we depend on Randy to answer our almost daily questions, has been outstanding! If it were not for Randy, we probably would have found ourselves in some bad situations. Randy was even kind enough to answer his phone on Christmas Eve to help us out.
