Position Details
RV Maintenance Technician - Full Time
Position Summary
RV Technicians service and repair vehicles as assigned by following all established standards and procedures. You must be professional, courteous and reliable, at all times. Our customers' motorhomes are their homes and must be treated with care and respect.
- Expertly diagnose and repairs issues based on experience, analysis, and testing.
- Troubleshoots pneumatic, hydraulic, electromechanical, and electronic problems. Perform necessary adjustment, replacement, and/or repair.
- Complete repairs to water and sewage plumbing, propane gas lines, and electrical wiring as needed.
- Install components on customer vehicles to allow for towing capability.
- Attends all meetings, trainings, and educational classes, as required.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
- Maintain our dealership’s standard of excellence in quality and service.
There may be other opportunities for seasonal technician positions during our busy spring and summer months.
Skills and Qualifications
Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable, driving record.
Previous experience a plus, but not required.

Administrative Assistant for Parts/Service - Part Time
Flexible Schedule - Expected 10-20 hours per week
Position Summary
Assist in our parts and service department with various office tasks.
- Checking in, labeling, and shipping parts.
- Answer phones and relay messages, providing excellent customer service.
- Help with data entry, filing, and clerical tasks.
- Aid in warranty claim processing.
- Collect payments from customer.
- Check in customers coming in for service appointments.
- Learn about the RV industry while gaining hands-on experience.
Skills and Qualifications
Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable, driving record.
Previous experience not required.

RV Cleaner/Detailer - Full Time
Position Summary
RV Detailers prepare new units for delivery and recondition pre-owned units. Previous experience in a dealership or detail center is a plus, not required. Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable, driving record, and be willing to work a schedule that may include Saturdays. Typical work week will be Monday-Friday. You must be professional, courteous and reliable, at all times.
- Clean the interior of the recreational vehicles, including steam cleaning carpets, dusting, cleaning windows, cleaning kitchens, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Wash the exterior of units.
- Clean, wax, polish, prep, and refurbish new and used units.
- Maintain our dealership’s standard of excellence in quality and service.
- Inspect the vehicles thoroughly.
- Maintain the proper function of all tools and equipment.
- Report any damage to the supervising manage.
- Painting frames, hitches, steps, and leveling jacks.
- Adding/removing decals, removing and re-applying sealants, minor cosmetic repairs (including moldings, fender skirts and other general appearance items).
Skills and Qualifications
Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable, driving record.
Previous experience a plus, but not required.
- Organized and willing to fulfill detail requests in a timely manner.
- Must be stand/walk for long periods of time, use hands to handle, control, feel, or reach objects, tools, or controls, bend or twist their body, and repeat same movements throughout the day.
- Ability to work with a team.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and able to see the job through.
- Takes pride in work.
